Remedial massage is a deep soft tissue treatment used to address a specific problem with the aim to facilitate a change to the soft tissue layers and reduce pain. Remedial massage focuses on working the layer of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia to restore functional movement and encourage postural change. Soft tissue work will help to restore correct muscle tone, symmetry and balance with the goal of realigning the soft tissue influence on joint position.

During your first session a full assessment will be made to establish the most appropriate treatment plan.  This will be tailored to meet your individual requirements depending on your presenting symptoms and needs.  Each treatment will combine both superficial and deep massage and other advanced soft tissue techniques such as:
