I completed my training with the renowned London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) and hold the ISRM BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy. I am a member of ISRM, which is the association of Soft Tissue Therapists and am fully insured by Balens Insurance.

I work from my own private treatment room in Hurstpierpoint and offer flexible appointments to suit you. 

I love running, especially on the trails and have completed numerous half & full marathons. I ran my first 50 mile ultra in 2021.
